CASA
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Brown County is a volunteer based nonprofit organization that provides a voice for abused and neglected children who are under the legal protection of the court system.
Challenge the Outdoors
Challenge the Outdoors is a non-profit organization focused on providing activities for the disabled in the state of Wisconsin.
Encompass
Through a stimulating and accepting environment, Encompass’ intent is to
present a curriculum/program that develops the whole
child—socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically.
Family Services
Family Services is a non-profit, human services agency offering more than 35 programs that support the people of Northeast Wisconsin during challenges and transitions in their lives.

Feeding America
The Feeding America network is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, working to connect people with food and end hunger.

Community Engagement
We’re proud of the communities in which we live and work, and giving back is an important part of our company values. RGL looks to support organizations that target our region’s most vulnerable neighbors: children, and families. We encourage our team members to seek opportunities to volunteer in the community. Below is a representative list of our partners and a description of the impact they are having in our communities.
Fox Cities Chamber
The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce captures the energy of one of Wisconsin’s most dynamic regions by promoting employers and economic development, while serving as a catalyst to further improve the quality of life in our region.
Green Bay Chamber
The Greater Green Bay Chamber exists to build a greater Green Bay by helping businesses succeed. Our members represent 88,000 employees – that’s more than two-thirds of the Brown County workforce.
Habitat for Humanity
Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity offers working families a hand up on the path to home-ownership. We engage volunteers, donors, advocates, and sponsors in our efforts to build homes, communities, and hope.
House of Hope
Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive place where young parents and children experiencing homelessness will become confident, independent, and successful members of our community.
NEW Community Shelter
The Staff & Board of the Shelter work in cooperation with others in our community to address homelessness & hopelessness through education, counseling, resources, and in-house services.

Paul's Pantry
Our goal is to provide a family with enough food every week, for as long as needed, so that they may use their food dollars for shelter, utilities and other necessities, and avoid becoming homeless.
Wisconsin Veterans
Village Association
The Wisconsin Veterans Village Association seeks to create a first-of-its-kind VETERANS VILLAGE that provides housing, support, and community to veterans throughout their lifespan.
United Way
United Way fights for the health, education and financial stability of every person in every community.
