In a recent article published by the Green Bay Press Gazette, RGL was highlighted for the recent achievement of “Top Workplace” status in Northeast Wisconsin.
This status was achieved due to RGL’s partnership with Energage. Energage is an organization which facilitates a values survey that goes out to all employees in an organization. The anonymous survey requests employees honest feedback on what their experience is like working for that company. The feedback given helps companies determine where they’re doing well as an organization and where they have room to improve.
RGL is proud to share that based on the feedback our people gave, we were deemed worth of the recognition of a “Top Workplace in Northeast Wisconsin” as well as a “2024 Distribution Top Workplace” winner. A group of our teammates attended this event to accept the award and speak on the company’s behalf.
