RGL Logistics – Core Values

At RGL, we are guided by our values. These values represent how we make decisions day in and day out for the good of RGL, our customers and our community. We seek transparency and the use of effective communication as the foundation in all our relationships. Our resources are focused on the development of our teammates while sharing a commitment to the success of our customer.

Work Safe, Live Safe. Safety is our #1 value at RGL. It is thought of 24/7…work and home, safety comes first. Our expectation is each of our teammates are accountable for their safety and the safety of others around them. We need to care enough about each other to speak up when unsafe behaviors and practices are seen. We also need to be receptive to receiving feedback on our own behaviors.
Treat Everyone with Dignity and Respect. At RGL, we are passionate about treating everyone with dignity and respect. We expect all our teammates to practice servant leadership every day; be open to and value other’s ideas; respect diversity and common courtesy; help find solutions instead of blaming and criticizing; and listen for understanding. We challenge ourselves to make a positive impact on all our teammates and beyond our work walls.
Act with Honesty and Integrity. This value, along with treating people with dignity and respect, builds trust. We believe that trust is the foundation of all successful relationships. Honest and respectful communication is expected. Distorting the facts and dishonest actions are not acceptable. We expect our teammates to do what is right, for each other and for our customers.
Continuously Improve. This value is the heart of our “What If” logistics approach. We seek to delight our customers through constantly challenging the status quo. We should never become complacent or satisfied with the way we’ve always done it. We encourage teammates to think “there’s a better way” and to find it!
Be Accountable.

Three companies come together as ONE. RGL Logistics. WHAT IF Logistics isn’t a fancy marketing message. As we looked at changing the way we present ourselves to the marketplace, it’s what our customers told us we do differently than most in the industry.

We help our customers reinvent logistics by asking WHAT IF to come up with creative solutions that simplify, improve and reduce waste in their supply chain.

We don’t use cut and paste thinking. We approach each project with a fresh mind, tailoring unique solutions for each customer.
