Congratulations to our teammate, Kelly Beyersdorf, who is celebrating 11 incredible years at RGL!
Throughout Kelly's time at RGL, she has assisted in various roles, citing that the only thing she hasn't tried is driving a forklift! Her flexibility and willingness to help where needed scored her a promotion to her current role as Inventory Lead.
Kelly says her favorite thing about working at RGL is: "Our warehouse management system. I like to figure out how processes work and what changes would make them better, usually within our system. The team at RGL is really great and I like to work with all of the different groups. It truly feels like a family."
Conversely, Kelly's least favorite memory is when RGL purchased a new warehouse and had to get the layout built out and painted. "Creating it was really fun. There was so much space and so many different ways we could set the warehouse up. The snapping of lines to layout the grid on the floor just about did me in though and by day two, I had to tap. I did squats for an entire day and I could hardly walk. Eventually we did learn different techniques to help in our process and we have since set up many more rooms/warehouses."
In Kelly's free time, she loves to be with family and friends. She has 4 kids and recently welcomed a new grandbaby! Kelly spends a lot of time watching soccer, either her daughter's team or the Women's NWSL or National teams. In the winter months, you may also find her watching her youngest play basketball. With so many athletes in the family, Kelly and her family are big on taking small, spontaneous trips, with many of those trips revolving around sports.
